Three Rivers Tattoo Convention Application Process

1. Submit Your Application

Complete the exhibitor application to be considered for booth space.
2. Application Review

All applications are reviewed by the event team; submission does not guarantee acceptance.
3. Approval Notice

Approved shops will be contacted directly with next steps and invoicing details.

4. Confirm Your Booth

Secure your spot by completing payment by the required deadline.
5. Add Your Artists

Once approved, individual artists and staff from your shop submit their required information.

Attendees Information

Important Requirements

All attendees must be registered to receive their pass.
All artists must have an active WA State Tattoo or Piercing License to participate.

Attendee Passes Per Booth

You may bring 3 attendees for each booth you purchase:

Single Booth: 3 attendees
Double Booth: 6 attendees
Triple Booth: 9 attendees
Quad Booth: 12 attendees

Note: Passes are issued only to registered attendees. Please contact Sybil after your application is approved to request additional passes if needed.
